1. Purpose of the Contract

www.forsvip.com (hereinafter referred to as “ForsVIP”) is the trade name of (or your official registered company name), a company registered in Turkey. Our head office is located in Istanbul, Turkey.

These General Conditions regulate the contractual relationship between ForsVIP and the client (you). ForsVIP provides professional private transportation services through its own fleet or authorized professional partners (Suppliers) holding all necessary licenses and permits required by Turkish legislation (TURSAB, D2, etc.). By booking on our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Booking Process, Payment, and Contract

Bookings are made online via our website. As the Lead Party making the booking, you must be at least 18 years of age and represent all passengers in the party.

  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking via our secure payment gateway (Iyzico). No booking is confirmed until the payment is successfully processed.
  • Confirmation: Once payment is received, ForsVIP will send a booking voucher via email. This voucher acts as your “ticket” and must be presented to the driver (digitally or printed).
  • Accuracy: It is your responsibility to provide correct flight numbers, pickup/drop-off addresses, and contact numbers. ForsVIP is not liable for service failures caused by incorrect information.

3. Child Seats

At ForsVIP, we prioritize the safety of our youngest passengers.

  • Free Service: Unlike many providers, ForsVIP provides Free Child Seats (Safety Seats) upon request.
  • Responsibility: You must select the “Child Seat” option during the booking process. The Lead Party is responsible for checking that the seat is suitable for the child and correctly used.

4. Child Pricing

In accordance with Turkish transport regulations, all children and infants, regardless of age, count as passengers and occupy a seat. Therefore, they must be included in the total number of passengers when selecting the vehicle capacity.

5. Amendments and Cancellations

  • Amendments: You can modify your booking (pickup time, flight number, extras) free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.
  • Cancellations:
    • Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the service will receive a 100% refund.
    • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service, or “No Shows,” are not eligible for a refund.
  • Refund Process: All refunds will be credited back to the original card used via Iyzico.

6. Luggage

Private transfer vehicles typically accommodate 1 medium suitcase per passenger. You must declare extra-large items (golf clubs, bicycles, etc.) in advance. ForsVIP is not responsible for undeclared luggage that does not fit in the vehicle.

7. Service Conditions

  • Flight Delays: Our drivers monitor flights. If your flight is delayed, we will wait for you. However, if the delay exceeds 60 minutes, we reserve the right to reschedule your transfer based on availability.
  • Meeting Point: If you cannot find your driver at the airport, you must call the emergency contact number provided on your voucher immediately.
  • Waiting Time: Airport pickups include 60 minutes of waiting time from the moment the flight lands. For hotel pickups, the waiting time is 15 minutes.

8. Passenger Conduct

ForsVIP reserves the right to refuse service to any person who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behavior is considered dangerous or offensive to the driver or other passengers.

  • Smoking and Eating: Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and eating are strictly prohibited inside the vehicles.

9. Liability

ForsVIP is not liable for delays or failures caused by “Force Majeure” events, including but not limited to: extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, terrorism, road accidents involving third parties, or extraordinary traffic congestion (e.g., Bosphorus Bridge closures).

10. Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Turkish Law. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Istanbul (Çağlayan), Turkey.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). We only use your information to facilitate your booking and improve our service.
